“Mommy when can we have a new baby?”

Many of my sisters and friends have been having new babies. Ok well not many, ALL of them have. The girls are loving it. If you have ever met the girls you know how much they LOVE all things baby, especially Princess E. A close friend came by the other day with her newborn baby. The girls were in heaven. This was the scene the minute they walked in the door.
Princess E looked up and said, “Mom can she just stay here with us?” They were so concerned when she started bawling when it was time for her to eat and get a diaper change. Princess M even started to whimper, kinda like “do something Mom.” Everything went ok until I pulled out the swing for the baby to sit in. That was going to far. Princess M freaked out. She did not want the baby to go in there. She was the baby.


Princess E has repeatedly asked when she can have a baby. I guess it is really hard for a 4 year old to understand that mommy can’t anymore. Especially when all the mommies around her are having them. I guess we will just have to keep spending time around all the little ones, and babysitting as much as we can.
