I didn't plan on spending time canning peaches right before surgery. But when they are free, what are you gonna do. This was the first year that the girls were big enough to help and we had such a great time. They LOVE helping in the kitchen, and I love having them there.
It is was a great start to replacing all of the canned goods lost in the move.

All of you provide the fruit, sugar lids and bottles. I will provide the water bath and the know how. Seriously, I will help/teach any one of you.
