One fish, two fish...

One of the highlights of our vacation was the trip to the aquarium. Grandma, Megan and Kirsten made the girls birthday party memorable by taking us for a day with the fish. We had so much fun. There were SO many fish and different exhibits. It took us a good 2-3 hours to see it all. Here are a few of our favorites.

Huge sharks
Huge open Aquariums that made for great picture taking.
Outside they have these little streams that all the kids were playing in. Princess E thought it was pretty darn cool.
Aunt Kathy trying to convince Princess M that it is fun, just try it. It took quite a bit of convincing before she would try it.

There were these really cool exhibits where there was a tube and the kids could crawl under and see it all around them. Princess E got brave enough to do this one. She is still talking about it. And yes that is the actual size of that crab next to Princess E. I kept joking all the way through that with the price of admission we got to choose out which fish we liked best and there would be a chef at the end with our selection ready for lunch. This crab would have been a good choice.
There were even lots of alligators and turtles.
Check out the size of this sting ray.
This blow fish was huge too.
They had a few spots where we could touch various fish. This one had sting rays and sharks. They made sure to tell us that the barbs had been removed from the sting rays so none of us would be stung like the crock hunter. The girls both were brave enough to touch them when every one else was too. I was very proud of them.

Thank you for the fun memories. We had a great time.

So it might just be our computer but I couldn't see any of the pictures for the fishes.
