We have a new favorite summer time treat. It started last year when I got this cool double barrel ice cream maker at the DI. We pulled it out again a few weeks ago and have been making the creamy goodness about once a week. Home made ice cream is the best. It is really cool for the girls to watch it turn from milk and sugar into the frozen stuff. They are great helpers.

I miss D.I.! I think I'll be craving ice cream all day long... I guess it's paybacks for the donut conversation... :)
I've seriously been thinking about homemade ice cream all day long. It stinks because it's not something that you can just go out and buy! Thanks a whole heap! ;)
