Where has the time gone??

I was just sitting here looking at all the pictures of homes our realtor has been sending us and I realized it has been a very long time since I posted an update. Time goes by way to fast when you are stressed. :) So just a little update for those who are wondering.

We are officially going to Georgia. The office where King J is supposed to be transferred to is moving in December or January to another city. So it kinda hindered our house search for a bit until we knew what was going to happen. The same day we found out about the office move, we got an offer on our house. Yahoo, and suck at the same time (3 weeks on the market). After countering back and forth, they gave us more than asking price and we get to stay here 2 weeks after closing rent free. Pretty good deal if you ask me. Oh and we got another back up offer a week later so if anything should fall through. It seems to me that Georgia is really where the lord wants us to be. Everything is just falling into place.

So we have been looking at lots of homes online with the help of a realtor out there. We are planning on going to find our home in 2 weeks. Princess E starts kindergarten here the week before. We decided to go ahead and let her start here knowing that she will be leaving after a month. But school in GA started Aug 7 so it is better that she doesn't miss quite as much. We don't know if King J will be able to move by the 15th or not. He has to stay working in the SLC office until they tell him he can transfer. So if he is not able to move yet we will more than likely be staying in a hotel with a kitchenette here until they give him the go ahead. Well depending on what we find out about a house out there. The company gives us 30 days of temporary housing funds, including food. The relocation package they have given us is awesome. Way to much to go into detail about, but we are being well taken care of.

Anyway, there is a brief update from us. I have so many pictures from the last 2 months that hopefully I will be able to blog about soon. It is hard to stay on top of things when your world is turned upside down. Love to all of you and thank you for those who have recently sent your blog addresses to me. I love being able to catch up on each others lives and to be able to see a little glimpse into your worlds.

The best deal sin furniture in the country are going to be in your backyard. In North Carolina, you can get great deals in furniture. Don't rule it out. I loved the chair! And especially, the moving to Georgia part. Go Cooleys! Love, Aunt Candy
