Boosterthon Fun Run 2010

We had 2 of the fastest runners out there this year.  A HUGE Thank You to those of you who contributed pledges for every lap they ran this year.  Princess E made it the full 30 and Princess M made it 22.

 Uh oh, right out of the gate a crash.  Princess M was smiling for me and slowed her pace just in time for the bigger boy behind her to mow her down.  Only a few tears were shed and she kept on going.

 As they circle through the starting line they get a tick on their back from the teachers, keeping track of laps.

 As each of the classes come onto the field they announce their names and they run through the tunnel to loud music.  It really pumped up the kids with adrenaline.  This is Princess E's class.  She is the one on the far right.

The school raised over $41,000, after overhead, with all the laps the kids ran.  Way to Go Cubs!!
