We started our summer with a bang this year. The Saturday after school let out, King J's work had their annual summer party at a local lake that also has a water park. The morning was spent doing games and raffles and then the after lunch we all got tickets to the water park. It was SO much fun. We hope they do it again next year.
They are always mindful of those who have kids and have plenty of fun things for them to do. They played these games and earned tickets for loads of fun prizes.
The wave pool was a HUGE hit with these girls. We found out we have a big dare devil in Princess M, while Princess E is MUCH more cautious. We couldn't keep Princess M off of the slides. She was barely tall enough but man oh man did she love it. There were a few that I was even nervous about, she would come off of it hootin and hollering asking to go again. I was very proud of her. Too bad she is still to short for the dinky little slide at the local Y where we spend most of our days in the summer. Maybe next year.
